400 COMMUNITY ROOM
at the Suncoast Hospice Roosevelt Service Center

Healthy Adaptation to Loss and Change!"

The meeting is open to everyone and one CE will be available. Light snacks will be provided at no cost, courtesy of your West Central Frlrida HPNA chapter.
